Refund & Cancellation
This policy outlines the billing, cancellation, and refund terms for PhishSense subscriptions operated by EVRIZ USA, Inc. Please review this policy before purchasing a subscription.
Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all subscription purchases made through the PhishSense platform operated by EVRIZ USA, Inc. (“Company”). This Policy supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.
Subscription Plans
PhishSense offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free: Limited features, no payment required.
- Business: Paid annual subscription billed via Stripe.
- Enterprise: Custom agreement; billing terms governed by separate written contract.
Company reserves the right to modify plan features and pricing with at least 30 days’ prior written notice to active subscribers.
Billing
2.1 Direct Subscription (Stripe)
Paid subscriptions purchased directly through the Site are billed in advance on an annual basis via Stripe by EVRIZ USA, Inc. By providing a payment method, you authorize Company to charge the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis.
2.2 Invoice Agreement (EVRIZ Korea)
Customers who have entered into a separate written agreement with EVRIZ Korea are billed directly by EVRIZ Korea under the terms of that separate agreement, including via invoice or tax invoice (세금계산서). Such customers’ payment terms, billing cycle, and cancellation rights are governed by their individual agreement with EVRIZ Korea.
2.3 Taxes
All fees charged by EVRIZ USA, Inc. via Stripe are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments. For customers billed by EVRIZ Korea, applicable taxes are handled in accordance with the separate agreement and applicable local tax law.
Auto-Renewal
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH ANNUAL BILLING PERIOD UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE.
Company will send a renewal reminder via email at least 14 days before the renewal date. If you do not cancel before the renewal date, you will be charged for the next billing period.
Cancellation
4.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Navigating to your account settings and selecting “Cancel Subscription”
- Contacting support@phishsense.cloud
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current annual billing period. After the period expires, your account will revert to the Free plan. No further charges will be made after successful cancellation.
4.3 Data After Cancellation
Upon expiration of your billing period, Company will retain your data for 30 days. After the 30-day retention period, all campaign data, reports, and associated records will be permanently deleted unless required by law.
Refund Policy
5.1 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided that you have not conducted more than one (1) phishing simulation campaign during that period.
5.2 After 14 Days
No pro-rata refunds are provided for the remaining period after the 14-day window. Your access continues until the end of the current annual billing period.
5.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@phishsense.cloud with your account email and order details. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5.4 Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Subscriptions purchased through Enterprise invoice agreements with EVRIZ Korea (governed by separate contract)
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
- AI credit pack purchases that have been partially or fully consumed
5.5 AI Credit Pack Purchases
AI credit packs purchased as one-time add-ons are non-refundable once any credits in the pack have been consumed. If no credits from a purchased pack have been used, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@phishsense.cloud.
Overdue Payments
If any amount is overdue, Company may suspend access to the Service until paid in full. Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
